A trajectory
passing from start to finish
over a lifetime
Mind Over Matter
Robert Klein's song and album
plays with me through life
Nothing is over
Even after it's over
Nothing is over
I get over you
over and over again
I'm not over you
I'm not over you
and we barely even met
It's not you or me

Its a beautifully penned peom, Neil :) I have a have question though, usually haiku has a set of 5/7/5 syllables, with form of haiku is the one that you have chosen?
ReplyDeleteThat's an amazing Haiku and intense words:)
ReplyDeleteThanks all.
ReplyDeleteThis is a string of 5 7 5 haiku together. I call it a haiku chain. Though I wrote them separately and not in this order. And they do stand alone, I hope.
So deep as usual !
